Cancellation and reimbursement policy

If the service is cancelled 21 days or more before the start time of the reservation, all funds will be refunded, except: Taxes & fees, Cancellation charges $50.00 USD and Card processing fee 3%.

If the service is cancelled 15 days or more before the start time of the reservation, all funds will be refunded, except: Taxes & fees, Cancellation charges $50.00 USD and Card processing fee 3%, and equivalent of 1 day of rental or service.

If the service is cancelled within 7 days or more before the start date of the reservation, all funds will be refunded, except: Taxes & fees, Cancellation charges $50.00 USD, Card processing fee 3%, and equivalent of 3 days of rental or service.

If the service is cancelled in less than 7 days from the reservation start date, no refund will be made.

Change or Modifications to the reservation must be requested at least 7 days prior to the start of the service and will depend on availability. A $25.00 USD modification fee will be applied (non-refundable). Cancellation penalties apply.

All requests for reimbursement due to irregularities in the service must be sent by email or fax, and must be accompanied by the client's copy of the lease.
