TERMS & CONDITIONS

When you book with iTravel Network LLC you agree to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS stated on these pages. You must read and agree to them before booking your holiday. Once a reservation has been made, the following terms and conditions will go into effect.

FINAL PAYMENT

Payment for your reservation should be made before the date indicated in the confirmation e-mail sent by iTravel Network LLC.

If payments are not received within the specified period, iTravel Network LLC reserves the right to cancel your reservation and apply penalties.

INSURANCE

We recommend that all passengers purchase travel insurance at the time of booking since iTravel Network LLC does not take responsibility for health problems, unforeseen circumstances that travelers may incur, or damaged or lost baggage.

CANCELLATIONS

If the service is cancelled 21 days or more before the start time of the reservation, all funds will be refunded, except: Taxes & fees, Cancellation charges $50.00 USD and Card processing fee 3%.

If the service is cancelled 15 days or more before the start time of the reservation, all funds will be refunded, except: Taxes & fees, Cancellation charges $50.00 USD and Card processing fee 3%, and equivalent of 1 day of rental or service.

If the service is canceled within 7 days or more before the start date of the reservation, all funds will be refunded, except: Taxes & fees, Cancellation charges $50.00 USD, Card processing fee 3 %, and equivalent of 3 days of rental or service.

If the service is canceled in less than 7 days from the reservation start date, no refund will be made.

No refund will be made if you do not show up to pick up the vehicle (or check in for lodging) at the specified time (No Show).

Change or Modifications to the reservation must be requested at least 7 days prior to the start of the service and will depend on availability. A $25.00 USD modification fee will be applied (non-refundable). Cancellation penalties apply.

All requests for reimbursement due to irregularities in the service must be sent by email or fax, and must be accompanied by the client's copy of the lease.

Important: These general conditions are subordinated to the specific ones of each product, review the specific cancellation conditions of each product


iTravel Network LLC will not pay compensation for changes made because of war or threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics or health risks, technical problems with transport including mechanical and weather reasons, government action, closed or congested airports, and similar events beyond our control.

CHANGES REQUESTED BY THE CLIENT

Any change requested by the clients is subject to the cancellation penalty.

All changes are subject to the rates of the new products booked as per the original date of reservation. If a reservation is changed more than once then iTravel Network LLC reserves the right to increase the administration fees.

INDICATED PRICING

All rates are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. iTravel Network LLC reserves the right to change published prices without notice or to pass on government imposed taxes, transportation related fees or surcharges including but not limited to those for fuel price fluctuations and currency surcharges to the travelers. In the event that iTravel Network LLC decreases pricing, the revised rates are valid on new bookings only. Previously reduced rates may increase without notice, and is valid on new bookings only.

DOCUMENTATION

It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain, at his/her own expense, all documentation required by the relevant authorities. Customs, airlines and immigration officials may deny a traveler's entry in or exit from their country for any circumstances. iTravel Network LLC cannot be held responsible and will not refund any money. It is also the traveler's responsibility to obtain the relevant information for traveling included but not limited to schedules, airlines and hotels. HOTEL SERVICE

The quality of the hotels has been rated in accordance with the normal standard of the destination and could be different from the standard in other countries. Service may be interrupted at any time for renovations, maintenance, or construction. iTravel Network LLC is an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for quality or interruptions of service.

BROCHURE DESCRIPTION AND REPRESENTATION

All information and pictures contained in our brochure have been checked for accuracy. However, since these are descriptive only, iTravel Network LLC cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen changes or loss of enjoyment. All photographs of the hotels are published as illustrations of the property only. Most hotels offer variations of rooms with differences in decor, size and location.

FORCE MAJEURE

iTravel Network LLC cannot be held liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, to the traveler and/or traveling companions or group members, resulting from events beyond iTravel Network LLC's or a supplier's control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labor disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods, or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities.

UNUSED TOUR SERVICES & ACTIVITIES

iTravel Network LLC is not responsible for any unused portions of your trip or tour services and will not refund any money. Failure to redeem the tour components as per the pre-arranged times may result in the loss of that tour component and no money will be refunded. We cannot be held responsible for any activities or optional tours sold locally as iTravel Network LLC does not operate these services.

HOTEL OVERBOOKING

In the case of a reservation that has been confirmed and paid by the client and the hotel cannot honor it due to overbooking, it is the hotel's responsibility to relocate the passengers in other hotels of the same category or higher. iTravel Network LLC is not responsible for any inconvenience resulting from this change.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

iTravel Network LLC cannot be held responsible for any requests not honored such as but not limited to ocean view, special meals, bedding. The hotel or airline may levy possible surcharges. iTravel Network LLC will not confirm any requests before departure.

HOTEL CHECK IN AND OUT

All hotels have assigned check in and out times. It is possible that your hotel room will not be ready when you arrive. The hotel may require you to vacate the room earlier than your scheduled departure.

SPECIALS

All applicable promotions must be reserved or requested at time of booking. For promotions such as but not limited to Honeymoon Special, proof of eligibility is required upon check-in.

DISABLED PASSENGERS

A disabled traveler must provide a doctor's certificate authorizing ability to travel. iTravel Network LLC is not responsible for the provision of any special requirements by persons who are either physically or mentally disabled. Many hotels are not equipped to handle disabled passengers, as a result, travel to these properties will be at the traveler's own risk.

TRAVELLER'S RESPONSIBILITIES

The traveler agrees to adhere to the rules and laws of the country he/she is visiting. Should the traveler conduct him/herself in a manner threatening to the supplier and/or other passenger(s), the supplier has the right to refuse service or expel him/her from the hotel. In this event, the traveler is responsible for all costs and no refund will be issued for any unused portions.

TOUR OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

iTravel Network LLC makes arrangements with independent companies and is not responsible for any acts or omissions on their behalf. iTravel Network LLC shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury whether physical or mental, or to property, resulting from any delay, substitution or deficiency of quality of equipment or service, or any act, omission, negligence or commission of any party supplying any of the services or accommodation herein. We reserve the right to refuse any booking and refuse any passenger as a member of these tours at any time.

No representative of any company is authorized to change or override the contract once a reservation is booked.

iTravel Network LLC ADVISORY

Standards of living vary greatly from country to country. Be advised that living conditions may be different in respect to provision of utilities, services, food and accommodation outside of your country. iTravel Network LLC assumes no responsibility for illness or inconvenience resulting from the service provided or omitted at the destination.

PRIVACY

iTravel Network LLC does not transmit to unrelated third parties the personal information you submit on this site when registering or making reservations. However, you must agree that iTravel Network LLC may share your personal information with service providers such as hotels that are directly related to your reservations requests. You must also agree that iTravel Network LLC may from time to time contact you by e-mail for purposes related to your reservations, use of this site and related matters, unless you specifically decline such contact through an appropriate e-mail message.

OWNERSHIP

This web site and all of its contents, including design, text, images are the property of iTravel Network LLC, no portion of this site may be modified, transferred, published, reproduced or sold without the express written permission of iTravel Network LLC. Other product and company names mentioned herein may be the trademarks of their respective owners.
